Terms

These terms govern your use of Redline. By signing up, you agree to them. They’re deliberately short — anything not covered, we’ll handle in good faith.

The service

Redline is a tool for asynchronous client review. We host the studio surface, the client review page, and the snapshot/image/PDF render pipeline. Availability is best-effort; SLA targets apply only at Studio tier and above (see Pricing).

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
• You may invite designers to your studio; their use is bound by these terms too.
• Don’t use Redline to send to clients work you don’t have rights to share.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, no harassment, no targeting of individuals.
• No attempts to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• The snapshot pipeline renders public URLs you submit. Don’t submit URLs you don’t have permission to render.

Payment

Paid plans are pay-as-you-go through Swipe. Each renewal is a one-shot payment for the period you choose. There’s no auto-renew; if you don’t pay, your studio falls back to the free tier — your data stays put.

Termination

Either of us can end this at any time. We’ll give notice unless you’ve breached these terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted unless you request export or earlier deletion.

Liability

Redline is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months. Free-tier accounts: capped at zero.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll email and post the new version 14 days before it takes effect.
