Privacy

Redline is asynchronous client review for design studios. We collect the minimum needed to deliver that — and nothing else. This page describes what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, name, and the studio slug you chose. Required for sign-in and routing.
• Reviewable content — the URLs, screenshots, PDFs, and images you submit for review, plus the comments left on them.
• Operational logs — request paths, IP address, and user-agent for security and debugging. Not used for advertising.
• Payment metadata — when you pay, we keep the transaction reference returned by Swipe. We do not see card or wallet details.

What we don’t do

• No third-party analytics. No advertising trackers. No session recording.
• No reading or training on your reviewable content beyond what you explicitly invoke (e.g. the AI summary feature).
• No selling or sharing your data with anyone outside the processors listed below.

Sub-processors

• Hetzner — server hosting (Falkenstein, Germany).
• Cloudflare — DNS and TLS.
• Resend — transactional email (magic links, redline-arrived notifications).
• Anthropic — only when you click ✦ Summarize; the comments and target URL travel to Claude for one inference call.
• Swipe — payment processing for paid plans.

Retention

We keep your data while your studio is active. Delete your studio and all reviewables, comments, snapshots, and share links go with it. Operational logs are kept 30 days. Email and payment records are kept 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

Your rights

Request a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your studio at any time. Email husham@theredline.app and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
